“I had my year old puppy in for the less invasive laser neutering. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and caring of my puppy. The reception area and waiting area was very pleasant. The procedure and costs were explained before the surgery. I was phoned with an update on how the puppy was after surgery. When picked up my puppy the post op requirements were explained in detail. Received a follow up phone call the next day to see how puppy was doing. My puppy is doing great with no ill affects. I would highly recommend the Pacific Animal Hospital.”
